Kerdyk Real Estate has handled the $7.5 million purchase and sale of 98,222 square feet of vacant land at 1355 NE 119 Street in North Miami. The buyer was Stor-All Acquisitions LLC, an affiliate of Stor-All Storage, one of the largest privately held self-storage companies in the U.S., which plans to develop the site into 300,000 square feet of self-storage space. The seller was Windsor Family Group LLC.
