The firm’s lease at The Plaza, a mixed-use building in downtown Coral Gables with commercial, hotel and residential spaces, includes 18,000 SF. Hinshaw specifically landed on moving to The Plaza because it offers the Loews Hotel onsite for traveling partners and clients and other high end amenities for employees and clients.
